Purpose

After a full risk review, some clients want a lighter rhythm: someone outside the day-to-day management who watches drawdown behaviour and flags when agreed limits are approached.

Included each quarter

  • Update of drawdown depth versus the peaks identified in your baseline review.
  • Note on holdings that have drifted into larger weights or correlated clusters.
  • A one-page threshold checklist against the limits you set with us.
  • A scheduled call (up to 45 minutes) to discuss the note.

Exclusions

Monitoring does not replace your investment manager’s reporting. We do not place trades, rebalance, or issue buy/sell lists. Ad-hoc reviews after a major market event can be added for a separate fee.

Fit

Best suited after completing our portfolio risk & drawdown review, so thresholds rest on a shared baseline. New clients may commission a compressed baseline as part of the first quarter.

Fees

From £1,200 per quarter for a single consolidated book of ordinary listed holdings. Multi-entity family structures and heavy private-market books are priced individually. Enquire about monitoring.
